Internal Utilities - available from “Edit -> (Copy, Cut, Paste, CopyPaste Utilities) -> Internal” menu

Clipboard Viewer... - lets you examine the content of your clipboards by displaying the text or picture, or playing the sound. 
Preferences... - opens the preferences dialog box. Online help is provided within the preferences dialog box.
Help... - shows the online help.
Show/Hide Clip Extender -  alternately shows or hides (toggles) the Clip Extender Palette.
Show/Hide Clip Recorder - alternately shows or hides (toggles) the Clip Recorder Palette.
